Staffordshire Moorlands

Located between the city of Stoke-on-Trent and the Peak District National Park and made up from three towns of Leek, Biddulph and Cheadle, Staffordshire.

The Principal industries of the area are agriculture, fashion and tourism.

Local visitor attraction includes the National Trust Gardens at Biddulph Grange, the Churnet Valley Steam Railway and Alton Tower Theme Park.

Leek also holds a renowned Art’s Festival each year.

There are also a variety of outdoor pursuits such as rock climbing on the Roaches, sailing upon Rudyard Lake and Cycling along the old railway line at Waterhouses.

Most of Staffordshire Moorlands is in the southern end of the pennies or the Peak District National Park, with the upland terrain mostly rolling hill, gritstone crags and valleys.

There is a range of quality homes in the area, along with residential property suitable for families, and good access to a range of local schools. The area also benefits from a range of retail outlets including bespoke shops within it towns, along with numerous nice place to eat, with a range of restaurants and cafes in the local area.

North Staffordshire

Stretching from the county town of Stafford to the borders of Cheshire and Derbyshire. It includes the Stoke-on-Trent with its strong heritage to the Pottery Industry and The Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme including Kidsgrove.

Traditionally the Principle industries where Coal, Steel and Pottery but these day there is a wide range of working including the gaming industry and mobile phone companies based in the area.

Local attractions included the Potteries Museum with its Spitfire, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, and Monkey Village.

A range of sporting activities are provided, like the athletic track at Northwood and leisure centre like Fenton Manor or Jubilee 2 Baths.

There is a good range of shopping in each of the six towns that make up the Potteries and Newcastle-under-Lyme is still very much a market town. Out of Town shopping can be found at Festival Park and Wolstanton Retail Park.

Housing is very much traditional family homes with a variety of properties from terrace home, semi-detached and detached properties, both modern and with heritage character.

North Staffordshire has a lot to offer and makes an amazing place to live.

South Cheshire

Very much, a highly desirable place to live, especially within it’s many historical town’s like Nantwich, that offer a cosmopolitan lifestyle with many unique quality shops, cafes, restaurant and bars.

The Staffordshire and Cheshire boarders have some lovely places to live like Alsager, Audley and the highly regarded gated community at Wychwood Park.

With easy access to the M6 Motorway and easy road connections to Manchester or East Midlands Airport.

Life and living in South Cheshire is just Great.
